Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Flare Media ("we", "us", or "our") to the client ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Flare Media provides creative and marketing services including, but not limited to:

Branding & Logo Design

Graphic Design
-
Website Design & Development
-
Social Media Management
-
Social Media Advertising
-
Short-Form Video Editing
-
Marketing & Creative Consultancy
The scope of work for each project will be agreed before work begins.
2. Quotations & Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and prior to the release of final files or website launch.
Monthly retainers and recurring services are invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in delays to project delivery or suspension of ongoing work.
3. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions, changes outside the agreed brief, or requests made after project approval may be subject to additional charges.
4. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project.
While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, delays caused by late feedback, missing content, approval delays, or circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery dates.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information and project requirements

Supply content, imagery, and feedback in a timely manner

Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

Ensure they have the rights to any content supplied for use
Flare Media cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from missing information or approvals.
6. Website Projects
Website projects include the agreed design and functionality outlined in the proposal or quotation.
Any additional pages, features, integrations, or functionality requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Following launch, ongoing maintenance, hosting, domain renewals, and platform subscription fees remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design work is transferred to the client.
Flare Media retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any initial concepts, unused designs, drafts, or development files remain the property of Flare Media.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
Any work completed beyond the value of the deposit may be invoiced accordingly.
Due to the nature of creative services, refunds cannot be provided for completed work that has been approved by the client.
9. Liability
Flare Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee specific business results, sales, rankings, enquiries, or advertising performance.
10. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared throughout a project will be treated with care and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Flare Media reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
