The Brand
Inspire Telecom is a UK telecommunications provider offering broadband and telecom services to customers nationwide.
The Goal
Create a stronger and more consistent brand presence across print, digital, social and the website, while making communication clearer for customers.
My Role
As an in-house Graphic Designer for nearly three years, I worked across branding, print, digital, social and marketing, while supporting the company rebrand and website improvements.
Print & Editorial Design
I designed several customer-facing booklets to make Inspire Telecom’s services and products easier to understand. This included a welcome booklet for new residential customers, introducing their services and additional add-ons, alongside a similar Inspire Business booklet tailored specifically to business customers.
I also designed the Inspire TV setup booklet, using clear diagrams, infographics and step-by-step instructions to show customers how to set up their TV box successfully. Across each booklet, the focus was on turning large amounts of information into clear, structured and visually engaging designs that remained consistent with the Inspire Telecom brand.

Brand & Stationery
I applied the Inspire Telecom identity across a range of everyday branded materials, including envelopes, letterheads and other customer-facing stationery. I also designed the artwork used across monthly customer billing, helping make one of the brand’s most regular customer touchpoints feel consistent and professional.

With these materials being seen by customers on a regular basis, the focus was on creating clear, functional designs while maintaining a strong and recognisable brand identity across both printed and digital communications.

Social & Digital
I created ongoing social media content and digital graphics across Inspire Telecom’s channels, covering promotions, service information, company updates and other marketing campaigns. This involved adapting the brand to suit different types of content while maintaining a recognisable visual style and creating graphics that were clear, engaging and suitable for a fast-moving digital environment.
